The Arthritis Institute of Michigan was founded in 1998 and began in a small office in Howell Michigan. It was the first rheumatologic center in the history of Livingston County. The Arthritis Institute of Michigan was the first completely electronic office in the county in 2002, with computers in each room and wireless broad band networking.
